[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Newbie upper questions

I just got a parts gun with a DPMS lower and a Del-ton M4gery upper, it's accurate and it will make a good upper to shoot Wolf ammo out of. I'd also like to buy a flat top upper built to my own specs with a 15" chrome 1:7 chrome lined barrel/chamber, A2 flash hider and the M4 feed ramps, if possible. I know this isn't what everyone wants and thats fine, I just want to know who, if anyone, puts together such an animal. I could go with a 14.5" barrel and the long FH, but I'd rather have go with the extra 1/2" of barrel and the permanently attached A2 FH. Thanks, Andy

Check the EE, there are already companies making a 14.7" barrel, which gets you legal with the welded A2 FS.

Sorry, but I can't recall who they are right now.
