Has anybody used the First Samco handguards for the M4 , the ones that have the rails on them? If so how do you like them? |
| I use the Samco M33 combined with a Tango Down Vertical Grip. I like them alot. They are not perfect however. Since I have never used a four way rail system I cannot compre, but if you pull the grip to the right or left really hard, the hndguards will split apart. Other than that I really like them. |

I haven't used them, but I was considering getting them until I saw them in a store and handled them. Didn't find them aesthetically pleasing at all. For a solid, 4 rail (non free float) handguard, go with YHMs 4 rail 2 piece handguards. Easy to install and you can find them on here for about $100 brand new. I love mine! Edit: typo

| I have a set of M33s. I took the top 1/2 of the M33 and put it with the lower 1/2 of a standard car handgaurd. I know have two sets of handgaurds with rails on each of them. It works out really well for me. I have a Fore grip and light on each set. If you where going to mount a optic on the forearm I would going with a free floating system. |
