Im planning to do this for my next build and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions or opinions

A2 Flash Suppressor
ABS Carbon Fiber Barrel 1x9 16" Mid-Length M4 Cut HBAR Gas Piston
LW MRS Rifle Length Gas Piston
Troy BUIS/FUFS

Magpul 93B
Magpul MIAD Grip F1B2
GTS/CMT Lower Receiver

can't decide on the trigger, I have a LMT 2 stage right now and it is pretty good, maybe a little heavy i think its 3.5 lbs

what do you guys suggest?

something less than 200$

That would be one awesome set up to be sure.
In fact I cannot think of much I would add to it other than some high dollar optics like AGOG or Aimpoint

Only part I am not familiar with is the barrel you mention as a "wish list" item, but if it is the recommended barrel for the LW set-up......can't go wrong.
