Actually my question revolves around the magazine that comes with the Colt AR 22 conversion kits.

I've only seen the 10 rounders that come with the kit. Will any 30 rounders fit/function with the Colt conversion kit? Like a Ceiner 30 rounder or ?

No. Ceiner did make 30rd mags for the Colt .22LR conversion but they are rare. I have seen only a couple or so come up for sale over the last four years.
