To everyone who has one......I love mine, can't wait to get the LMT SOPMOD also. One question, I replaced my buffer tube w/ a Vltor one and use a heavy buffer and the old spring. There is a zinging sound as I charge the carbine now, whereas before there wasn't a zinging of the spring. I changed the spring with the one Vltor supplied and it soften the sound. Is that normal? But is still there. I'll range test it later this week for function. |

I just installed the LMT SOPMOD on my Bushmaster. I love it. It's by far the most comfortable collapsible stock I've ever used. I was really torn between it and the Vlotr, but now I think I'll have to do what you did, and get both! |
I have never tried that spring. But for me, I can attest that the Wolff XP Action Spring will quiet down the sound considerable. But YMMV. |
Is it rifle length, or carbine length? I don't see a size listed. |
