Those who have (or have pics of) Aimpoint sites, will you post please. I'm more interested in the various mounts for the site, and if you'd like I'd be interested in hearing how well you feel each mount fairs compared to others on the market.

My point was go to the Optics, Mounts, and Sightsforum if you're specifically looking for information on optic mounts.

Does that config in the pics allow for the both of the iron sights and the aimpoint to line up? It seems like the rear buis and aimpoint line up, yet (even though I don't see the whole gun) it appears that the front site would sit higher, or does that have to be replaced as well?

Sorry if that's a dumb question, I'm a newb to this AR stuff.

If everything is properly cowitnessed, the red dot should sit on top of hte front sight post when aligning the iron sights on a target. Some mounts make that happen in the middle of the aimpoint, some in the lower third.
