| I am now thinking about selling this lower to someone in a ban state. I looked the serial number up and it is definitely manufactured before the ban. The only problem is that I purchased it from a dealer in the very beginning of when the ban started. Would someone in a ban state be able to build a preban config AR with it? If so, what is a fair price for it? Its a stripped, cast DPMS lower. If not I will just go with my original plan and build an inexpensive plinker with it. Thanks |

Hi: I had a similar DPMS cast lower complete with 6 position stock - you will be asked to provide evidence that it was a complete rifle at the time the ban wnet into effect. I was asking $200 to help out a ban state prisoner  but I ran into a lot of problems with potential buyers  so looks like I have a spare...as far as DPMS cast lower quality comments go....
