Bought the parts on the EE and completed it last week. Its all bushmaster, spent $650, all the parts were in like new condition. Wanted to spend a little as I could for a Bushmaster. I was very happy with it. Wasnt sure about spending so much on a rifle I never shot before but with all the people owning them here I knew it had to be pretty good. I was also surprised at such little recoil it had. Probably will be buying more in the future.

Nice lookin warhammer
So far I like it. I think in all the pictures on bushmasters website it looks goofey. But in real life it looks good on the end of the barrel. It is louder but doesnt matter with hearing protection. From what I can tell it does a good job reducing rocial and climb. You can shooting pretty fast and still are able to aim on your target. |
| Nice start to the addiction. Yesterday I was shooting my Colt 6920 and my buddy's 16" Bushmaster A2 next to someone with the mini ycomp like yours. There was a huge difference in the report of the three weapons. For some reason my 16" barrel with the birdcage was substantially quieter than either of the Bushmaster's. The ycomp shoots all of the blast out to the sides and I could feel the concusion on my face. |
| I almost put a mini y comp onmy 16" CAR but after reading alot of posts here on how loud it was I changed my mine. The mini y does do its job at reducing recoil, one of the best I hear but it is just to damn loud. Accuracy shouldn't be affected at all with the comp. I went with the izzy brake and like it alot. |
