[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help with rapid fire

I have a Bushy VMatch and installed a Jewell two stage trigger. If I put more than one round in the mag. it will sometimes fire two ( like full auto) with one touch of the trigger. I have even tightened up the trigger pull but it still sometimes happens. How can I fix this problem since I use the gun for predator hunting and its not convient?

Did it do this before you installed the trigger? If not, then either the trigger was installed wrong or is out of adjustment. Take it to a qualified gunsmith to have it checked out.

the trigger is set to light it's slam firing, the same thing happen to one of mine........

Start by checking your disco spring and make sure it is in correctly, then do a proper function check, see what happens. Try the trouble shooting forum and you won't have to BTT your own thread, also check the FAQs over there.
