Is it Legal to change the Barrel on my Colt M4 6400c ,to one that has a threaded barrel.just want to know ??? thanks guy's...

Since you are in Illinois, better check state laws first. It is legal under federal law; but Illinois isn't exactly gun-friendly and may have stricter state laws.
