Thanks man!  I appreciate it.  I'm actually  trying to get the info because I want to refinish a old beat up Ruger P85 I have.  I want to do the frame in OD Green and the slide in Matte Black.

Stickman,

When you are baking a coating on a rifle, put a ball of aluminum foil in the chamber and muzzle.  You dont have to worry about it catching on fire and you can leve it in as long as you want to.

Good info, thanks!  I can see where spraying would be easier that way on certain weapons.

I should have  said "Catching on fire like a q-tip accidentally put in the oven"

No prob, I was tracking with you.  The smell is enough without catching the wife's stove on fire!!

I do like the two-tone  I have two AR's in two tone now.   I want to do my Ruger P85 in two-tone next!  (O.D. Frame, Matte Black slide)  Thanks Stickman!
