this has been covered several times CORRECTLY!!!

Good question SGT USMC, bad answer -DR

The simple answer, is if you do not assemble a post ban restricted rifle (no more than 2 of the 5 evil features), you are fine (as long as you can legally own a firearm or it does not violate your state law).  It doesn't matter what the receiver says, as long as you do not assemble a restricted firearm (until after the sunset).

BATF has spelled this out several times for receivers and builds.

Check the other threads that are currently ongoing with this.  Answers run both ways, both sides think they are right, neither will find out until it is too late.

Wait the 50 days and then it shouldn't be an issue.

Cool, you should be good to go in a bit.  No point in building anything postban right now anyway!

Educate me plz

Just what makes a LE  or Gov't only marked lower so special or different over other lowers?

Nothing except for the writting on the right side of the mag well that reads "RESTRICTED: LAW ENFORCEMENT, GOV'T, MILITARY, AND EXPORT USE ONLY"

You can see it on the mag well of my Colt LEO M4 #LE6920

I hope this helps.

I wouldn't worry too much. The ATF is so incredibly backed up with all the regulating they're supposed to be doing.

From the Washington Post:

The findings follow a report released last week by Fine's office concluding that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is so far behind on inspections of federally licensed gun dealers that, at the current pace, it would take 22 years to visit them all. The ATF, which was transferred in 2003 from the Treasury Department to Justice, has been the focus of criticism from gun-control advocates who argue that the agency is lax in its oversight of federal gun regulations.

What, me worry?

I'm pretty shure It is legal to own a LEO lower.  I saw some Colt 9mm LEO lowers that were being sold somewhere on the net, they came with a BATF letter of approval.
