| I'm one of the krazy krylon krew. just did an oly for shits and grins with krylon fusion on the original A2 stock, carbine hand guards and a pachmeyer grip. the question i have is it has dried in the Yuma Arizona 110 degree sun for 7 days and it still feels really tacky. it is done in red (don't flame, it has a purpose). any ideas on the setting time for this or did i fu*& something up? thanx, and thanx to everyone for the plethora of information i have gotten from this site. |

I think the product sucks after using it on a few projects, but basic things are still in order for its use (if you must use it). 1. Degrease your surface. That means chemical degrease. 2. Shake product like your life depends on it. 3. Spray multiple thin coats on a heated surface, waiting for each coat to dry. |
