I would tend to say no. you hardly ever pay msrp for anything anymore.

Quantico Arms is supposedly getting an assload of CavArms lowers real soon...expect very competitive prices when they do.  

Brownell's has them now for $120 dealer...so if you have an HONEST dealer, he shouldn't charge you much more than $140 for it.  That's what my guys would charge if I were to have them order it for me.
