Anybody know the following information about the 6.5 Grendel? -I assume they use a proprietrary mag. Can the mag also be used to fire 5.56? -Is anything other than the barrel and bolt different than the standard AR parts? -Which gas system does it use (Aramalite mid-length, A1, shorty or proprietary)? |

| They say that for the Beowulf mags too. I run a few of my 20 round 5.56mm mags in my Beowulf and it works great. Sometimes I hear people have to bend open the feed lips slightly. This is probably the case with the Grendal as well since the round is a lot fatter than a .223/5.56mm |
