If you live in a state that does not have regs. on high capacity mags.. Then ..Yes..

Completely legal-as long as you can have them in your state

When you buy hicap mags make sure that the mags themselves are prebans though. If they have a datecode on them dated after 09/94 they are illegal for non LEO/military personnel to own.

Any of the dealers here are completely reputable so you can buy from them with confidence. Just be careful when buying mags from gunshows, eBay etc.

Edited to add: I have no idea how many people (if any at all) have gotten into trouble with illegal mags. With the sunset just around the corner I'm looking forward to the day when we don't have to concern ourselves with this foolishness.

Hell, in SC you don't have to wear helmets when you ride motorcycles!

So, I can "add" a pre ban mag but not a pre ban stock?

Rambosky, no helmets are required, cause it gets hot as Hell during SC summer! hanks,Joe

Providing our "betters" in Washington don't do anything stupid, you'll be able to add the stock in September.
