I have heard about this over and over, and I have yet to get my hopes up like so many who are already buying Tele-stocks. Is this actually going to happen? What do the odds look like? I know if the bill sunsets I can have flash suppressors, Tele-stocks and Bayonet Lugs, but will I be able to own a AR with a shorter than 16 in barrel?

I know this is constantly being discussed, sorry to help perpetuate it but I wanna know.

No you can't, it will have to be registered as a SBR, and then pay the $200.00 tax on it

As stated above, no on the short barrel unless the tax is paid.

The AWB has nothing to do with the barrel length. Just certain "evil" features such as bayo lug, flash hider, pistol grip, etc.

What about AR pistols? Will we be able to build them?
