Does it have a pre-drilled hole for a blind pin or must it be welded on the exterior at the barrel?  Thanks for the help.

I had both of mine done with the pin & weld method, but the Phantoms do not come "pre-drilled".

Does anybody have any experience with Investment Grade Firearms?  I would like them to do the install for me but have not heard too much about them on this board.
