[ARCHIVED THREAD] - FN mfg upper?

I've been looking for an A2 complete upper for a while.

I noticed recently a fellow on Ebay has FN mfg uppers listed for $285. I've seen several go by with no bids. Am I wrong to assume that no bids is telling of the quality of this brand?

To put it the way my grandad said it:
If folks ain't beatin' a path to your door to throw money at ya then you ain't got the product that is accepted in the marketplace.

I welcome any comment on the overall impression of FN uppers.
