Not an SPR but merely a standard M16A2 with a scope affixed to a carry handle rail.

I'd call it a "Field Improvised" SPR or better yet a SAM.

that laser is a "big no no" on a precision weapon.   That's probably a $200 Tasco scope he bought from Midwayusa.

wonder if they deliver to Iraq?
