Anyone ever have a problem with too much barrel heat causing a problem with a flashlight or laser attached to the barrel? After a couple hundred rounds, my light (and laser) are almost as hot as the barrel and I'm concerned about the affect of the heat on the lithium batteries. Could this cause damage to the batteries, or the devices? Any help/opinions appreciated. They are mounted next to and below the FSP of my Bushmaster w/16" fluted barrel. |
