Anyone have any experience with this mag loader? www.gunaccessories.com/TDI/index.asp I am thinking about a LULA, but really like the idea of loading an entire magazine at once! It seems too good to be true.

It seems to me, to take full advantage of "loading an entire magazine at once" that you'll have to own several and have them ready to go (like stripper clips). I'd rather carry more loaded mags (aparently smaller, definately cheaper) and get a LULA for its size and fast unloading. YMMV. |
| I have one of each and the LULA is by far the better product. The Zip loader I have only holds 20 rounds and it is a PIA to fill. They may have 30 rounders by now but I haven't seen one. You have to hold it just right or the rounds will tip sideways and you get to dump them and start over. The first 20 go in fine but when you try to add the remaining ten to a 30 round mag (from a full 20 round Zip loader) one round always falls out on the floor. It's almost like it was designed that way. Plus the Zip doesn't help you unload a mag. The LULA works great and it is simple and fast to use. |
