I am checking out these VLTOR stocks for my pre-ban colt sporter. Do i have to change the tube in the stock to make this work? Or is it a straight swap? Thanks

IIRC, if you have a Colt collapsable tube install at the present time, NO, you do not need to purchase another, as Vltor fits the Colt tubes.

Mike, It is the stock sporter tube with standard stock, so i dont think it is collaspable? Roger

If your present stock is a non-collapsable Colt A1 or A2, then you will need to purchase the whole VLTOR set-up, check w/ MSTN on the EE he'll fix ya up!
He also the resident VLTOR expert, so you'll always get the straight dope from him.
