I recently traded for a RRA 20" NM and my first time firing it had a problem.  As the weapon was used (200 + rounds) I contacted the original owner and asked if he had ever experienced the same problem.  He of course stated he had not and that I should contact RRA as he believed they would stand behind their product.  I have sent RRA an email detailing the problem and gave them my name, address, phone and SN of the rifle.  I haven't heard anything since.  Yesterday I called them all afternoon to find out what was up but the phone was busy.  When it finally did ring and answer they had gone home for the day.

My previous experiences with DSA and OlyArms were swift and effective... am I spoiled?  What are other experiences with RRA customer service?

RRA's customer service is not the most punctual but it is good.  I have dealt with them a number of times as a dealer in the past 6 months and they seem to take their time to get back to me.  That being said they eventually did get back and answer the question or solve the problem.  My suggestion would give them a little more time before you get too aggravated trying to track them down.

Thanks.  How long do you suggest I wait before I try calling again?  Additionally, should I have to send my rifle back to them, how long is the turn time in your experience?  I am a bit anxious to get my rifle tuned up.  It's my first NM AR and I have a few shoots coming up I'd like to attend.  I think I know the problem and could fix it myself but don't want to open a can of worms if RRA will do it... within a reasonable amount of time.

Try calling early in the morning (they open at 8 CST..which would be 6 PST).  Their phones aren't as busy then.  They're having an upsurge in orders while being a person short in the sales department...creates some problems getting through at some times, and makes it harder for them to get to the very large volume of e-mail they get daily.  I'm out there quite a bit, and I know that they'll stand behind their product.
