I just bought one at a gun show, new, in wrapper, w/ green follower. No marking on the outside at all. I was curious about how reliable these are in general. This post received NO responses in the magazine forum so I fugured I would post it somewhere that gets a wider audience. |

I have a weird (and I mean very weird) method for determining how good a magazine is. I load it up with ammo, then shoot the gun. Ok, now pay attention cause this is where it gets really crazy.... I repeat this often. If the gun works, it's reliable. If it doesn't, the mag's not that good. Tell them you read it here first. |

Yes, but you can save yourself the trouble by making sure its not a USA mag in the first place. |
