On my Franken AR, I used a Bushy M4 Dissapator barrel and A1 furniture. I had to cut the heat shield so that I could bend it back against the handguard - otherwise, the gas block wouldn't clear the handguard heat shields.

I put them on my h-bar Dissipator.
Had to snip the heatshields about an eight of an inch just where the gas block is and flatten them a bit. Dissipators should come from the factory with A-1 furniture. They look really good like that. |
