What are the propper markings on a Colt BBL? Im at a local FFL trying to figure out if this is a Colt Pencil BBL. Markings: C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7. Help fast would be appreciated. Thank you

Our guy is sitting in a store trying to make a deal.

Anyone know if those barrels markings are correct ?????  I 'think' they are but I'm not a Colt guy.

YES!

Yup thats what my Colt MT6601 has on the bbl  Mine's an HBAR, though.

Well, I just got home from running around all day. I found the BigHammer.net link and showed it to the FFL. Made a deal, and now Im happy. I was in a rush and had to get home to watch the game, OSU vs Michigan.... : (    Thank you for your time, 5subslr5.
