A local gunshop has a RRA 16' flattop, CAr handguards, Ace skelton stock and a GG&G?? rear sight (the sight looks heavy duty) they want $770 for it.  The rifle looks to be very good+++ mostly nicks and scratches from handling. What would be a good price on this setup?

Not a bad price. Though you could put a Rock River together for a little less depending on the configuration. But then again once you figure in Shipping & Transfer fee, they may be the same.
