Who will flute a 16" barrel for a decent price? Just wondering so I can make my a carbine that much lighter.

How do you feel about fluting a 20" Colt HBAR? The length doesn't bother me too much. It's my only AR and it's a bit muzzle heavy for my tastes. Of course, I could just go with a new 16" upper. Decisions, decisions....
