Pre-ban is legal with ANY stock. This is why you'd buy a pre-ban over a post ban.

Ok maybe i'm bass ackerds. Ok if bought a AR with Coll. stock this year, and fix the stock will it be legal?

If you buy a "new" AR i.e. one that was made this year. you can put a fixed stock on it. if you want one that looks like a tele-stock you should buy it with the "fixed tele-stocks" that everyone sells
