Those of you who have the stubby stock, how do you like it?  Is it comfortable to shoot from the prone position?  Thanks.

Interesting question. Had you asked Friday night I would have tried it out for you at the range with live rounds.
I just went and just tried holding it in the position. If you are of average dimensions, probably not. The stubby is intended for a chest hold, and/or use with body armor.

It's not very comfortable.

Now, if you lay pointing directly at the target so as to present the smallest possible target, it's not too bad.

If you are looking to replace your -A2 stock, I'd suggest an -A1 style, or CAVArms C1 style stock.
