Are there any ar-15s that come stock with a spring loaded firing pin? thanks guys

Bushmaster! Sorry can't seem to find it now,but saw a spring loaded firing pin on either Bushmaster,or Armalight's sight! Having a senier moment, LOL Can't spell either.

Ok,I found it ,the Armalite AR-10B comes equiped with a firingpin spring to eliminate slamfires! Ck tech note 10!

No AR15s have a spring-loaded firing pin, as they aren't necessary.
AR10s have a spring-loaded pin, because the increased mass of the pin could set off sensitive primers during chambering.

My OLY .45 upper had a spring loaded firing pin. I tihnk the pistol calibers have them as an extra safety measure.

Yes, true. Pistol primers are much thinner and therefore much more sensitive than rifle primers, and for this reason, a firing pin spring is required to keep the pin from contacting the primer during cycling.
