What is different between the regular .223 and a 7.62 * 39 model? I know barrel and probably bolt. What about other parts?

Barrel, bolt head, extractor, the elevation wheel on the rear sight is unmarked for range. The lower reciever is marked 7.62x39 instead of .223. That's it[:D]

Did all Colts in 7.62 * 39 serial number start with LH?
