What smith would you reccommend to drill just the detent spring hole and little cross hole in the fence so that I can install a true mill spec push pin in my colt lower. The reaised fence is there and it is small hole to small hole.

don't drill, you will loose value on your lower. you can buy a push pin for that lower. I think Bushmaster might have them. look around I usually se those at various gun shows.
