| Any opinions on it? I have looked over posts here and have done a search on google but havent had much luck finding any info on it. Coming from Bushmaster i expect it is a quality product. |

Quoted: I haven't seen a post on it yet, but I'm very interested myself. I would also like to know who's making them for Bushmaster. I called Bushmaster today to ask about sending my rifles in. During the call i asked them who made the BMAS if i remember correctly it is made in house by Bushmaster. I may be wrong though. |

That may be, and is what I would expect them to say. Bushmaster does use and sell other companies products as their own. I am a regular Bushmaster customer, and their choice to stock any "xyz" product is confirmation of that products quality. But I'm still curious [:\] |
| I have 2, both on A3 16 inch uppers. No compliants here. I like the fact that you can lock the barrel nut down and then thread/screw the hand guard down, tighten the jam ring and youre ready to go. I did end up having to use a screwdriver the 'tighten' the jam ring, but other than that things have gone fine for the last 1500 round or so. Just put one on a friends rifle a week ago and even though he can brake/cause malfunctions in an otherwise perfectly reliable mechanical device, he aint broke it yet! |

Quoted: B.M.A.S stands for Bushmaster modular accessories system and is a group of parts not just one part . What part are you referring to ? I have the B.M.A.S flip up front and rear sights on my 458 socom and I like them . Good quality stuff . Cool i didnt know that. I am talking about the rail system. I too have the front and rear flip up sights and a couple of mini risers that I bought through Bushmaster. I didn't know that Yankee Hill Machine Company made them for Bushy. I just looked at the YHMC's site and noticed some more interesting products. I like the idea of haveing a free float forend that one can "customize" the size of the picatinny rails. I for one would have no use for 4 full size rails but would like to have a couple of small ones in the right places. Interesting. |
