| Maybe this should be on the cleaning and maintenance board, but, if you get a chance to try this stuff its great for your bolt, bolt carrier etc. but keep it away from any thermoplastic ie, handguards and the like. I used it to blast out a couple of my 1911 mags and it really made a mess of the basepads. It actually softened em up.. I dont know if it would attack a nickel acetate finish, but its pretty brutal on plastic.. Just a heads up.. |
