I have a post-Bushy with a 20" and a factory installed y-comp. I removed the y-comp to do some modifications on it and noticed some residue around the outside of the barrel (glue like substance?). The inside of the comp is clean. How does Bushmaster mount these at the factory? With just the roll pin or do they also use some kind of adhesive? I seems just as solid as before with just the roll pin but I want to check with you guys before my y-comp takes off on a trip chasing a round down range. Thanks for any help.  |
