| I have recently purchased my first AR since I got out of the military in 82. It is a eagle arms with free floating barrel the Ser# has 4 digets, is this pre-ban? Any advice you could give to a newby would be greatly appreciated. |

Welcome aboard. Eagle Arms (now called ArmaLite) does not have a public pre-ban serial number list like most of the other manufacturers. You will need to call them at (309)-944-6939. They will not give out a list, but will look up on an individual basis. Hope this helps. |
