Merry Christmas friends! I shot my little Colt CAR copy with a RRA flattop and Aimpoint M2 yesterday. First five shot group off the bench (100yds) with South African ball was easily coverd by a quarter! I would not have believed this possible from a light barrel and a non-floated foreend (Surefire), but there it was. This is amazing since my iron sight groups with this rifle have been more accurately described as "patterns". Subsequent groups for the day were similar so I know it was not a fluke. Anyone else have this type of experience going to a red dot sight? |
