Will my 16" carbine with a collasible stock and a Acog Optic fit nicely in a pelican case 1700 with foam? And is this a good choice case for my AR? -Thnx |

I've got the 1700 (I think) You have to watch out for the hiegth of the rifle from the top of the scope to the bottom of the pistol grip. I don't have an ACOG on mine. Measure it to be sure but my AR w/ a carry handle ccope will fit (or an HK 91 w/a scope fits too). Remember you can also break down the AR. The 1700 is HUGE. I have never done it, but I think I could fit my scoped HK and an AR separeted lower and upper and probably a pistol. It's BIG and very long. |
