Has anyone gotten one of these? Is it any good? I want a "beat around" rifle and don't want to abuse my "babies". For the price, it sounds like it would fit the bill. Just looking for some input.

I have a Oly plinker and it is the neatest ar for the money well built and very reliable plus oly sticks by their warranty my advice go for the plinker they kick ass...

I bought a "Plinker" about a month ago. My first AR. I really like it! It may not be a safe queen, but what fun are those things anyhow? I have had no problems whatsoever with it, and the fit and finish seem to be satisfactory for the price paid. I paid $560 after taxes and shipping charges. Catalog price was $499.99

Exactly why I am looking at one. I just don;t want to abuse my other rifles, even though I know that's what their made for.

dont try kieslers. im almost certain they sell HESSE. and anyone who reads these boards knows HESSE is bad, but it doesnt hurt to see what kind they sell for a fact.

I think that's the FFL price. Probably add on another $50-$100 on top of that.
