I've been playing around with wings. Air fried were great. But nothing beats the grill.   Steak looks blue rare. But after rest it was right a medium rare. S23 adds way too much saturation to photos Those grilled wings taste better with just seasoning than any sauced wing. And I love sauce. |

I picked up some file-it mig-nons and some sliced bacon ends at the shit shack yeesterday. Will be cooking for my 16 yo son and mwaa, of course. Bacons for this morning brakefast. Grease is for the sear. Kid just had knee surgery- third week out, Might have to throw him in the truck and go do some drive-in shooting at the forest range. Burgers for lunch on the back deck with airsoft and metallic targets for lunch. Maybe a couple good movies in between all of that. Todays gonna be a good day. |
