I bought a SWFA SS1-4HD last year on Black Friday and did not buy the Switchview Lever for it. I should have, the power ring is very stiff but to me that just means it is built to last. I waited all year for Black Friday to buy one on sale but they were not included in the sale items.
I sent an email asking them to PLEASE put it on sale because I had waited a year and that it was a "must have" for this optic. I did not beg or embellish beyond that, I just think it should have been included in the sale like the other SWFA scope accessories were. I just got an email back from Chris Farris, they are sending me a $59.95 SWFA Switchview for no charge as an early Christmas gift! I am speechless and will continue to support SWFA due to customer service like this as well as SS optics being what I believe to be the best dollar value optics from anywhere. Thank you Chris, you made my holiday brother. PK
