Trying to find info on order number 19242.
Recieved an email that my items had shipped and card has been charged. 3 days after said email tracking still says my order hasnt left Orlando and obviously has not arrived. Please let me know what has happened if you can. Previous orders have shipped and arrived very fast Thanks |

Previous orders have shipped and arrived very fast Thanks It looks like a typical delay with the post office or the tracking is not being updated as it should be as its moving through the system. USUALLY when this happens the tracking will all of the sudden show "out for delivery" without any previous information. Hopefully that is the case. If so, then you'll see it pop up tomorrow or Monday. There's also been some weather delays. If the post office completely screwed the pooch, then we'll get you taken care of. Give us a call or shoot us an email if the package doesn't show up by Monday evening. |

We've actually had a pretty good track record with the post office. 99% of the time they're on point but when they mess up it's a huge pain. |

And I would be the one to know. The post office lost my order from Feb 9 and the guys at Right to Bear Arms had to file a claim. I put a build on hold as I wait for them to get reimbursed so I can get another Tool-craft bolt carrier shipped. Just hope they have them in stock when the PO comes through. Steve |

Got my money refunded 30 days later on my order but would've prefered the part I ordered. Not complaining about the refund but I had to call you and then e-mail twice to follow up. I know you a veteran-based company which I try to support as I'm a veteran myself so that's what bothered me more. I guess lesson learned. Steve |

Steve My manager went ahead and issued the refund because he wanted you to be compensated ASAP. We can discount your BCG if you want to place another order. Just let me know Sending a second part gets a little tricky when you're not sure if the fist part may still show up. If the first part still shows up then the claim gets denied. We've actually had this happen a few times and the customers went radio silent and we got burned |

Thanks for responding to this and my e-mail. I do apologize as you've been stellar as you did give me a refund. You didn't have to send me another bolt after the review but you did anyway. Not many companies go out of there way to make it right but you guys did great and I'm just here to eat crow. Thanks Rob! All my parts orders from here on out will go to you guys! Steve |
