Just wanted to give Capitol Armory two thumbs up on their customer service. I made a LATE change to an order around 2pm which it turned out that they already packaged up and shipped that morning (yes, they get your order out the door FAST). Without hesitation, Torrey offered to ship the new parts to me at no additional charge even though this was entirely my problem. This second shipment went out the same day.
Capitol Armory offers a great selection of parts, great prices, and awesome customer service. They WILL take care of you. My only problem now is that I have to place a few more orders with them to complete my six pack koozie collection  .

| I also wanted to say their customer service is excellent, Torrey has been awesome. I sent an email last night at 1am asking if they could ship my Saker muzzle brakes early as I have and upper im finishing this week, I had a response by 4am and an email with a tracking # by 8am. That is by far above and beyond what I would have expected. The last muzzle break I ordered they forgot to insert the shims and once again I sent an email and within a matter of minutes I had a tracking #. Just wanted to say thanks and I will continue to recommend y'all highly, I will certainly be placing a lot more orders. |
