I know I got a while to wait yet, my Form 3 was just filed 7/19. Had a curious question. When you all fill out my form 4, do you also send me a copy to look at/review before you send it in??
Also, whats the time offset now between form 3 and form 4 filings?

Yes we do send you a copy of the form 4. Right now from 3's are over 8 weeks so form 4's are about 4-5 weeks maybe longer.

Got ya. At least I have a window of when to expect form 4. Also leaves plenty of time for your photo app to be released
