So I bought two items from silencer shop and also trust. But I also bought one item from another place and am trying to send in the paperwork for that with my silencer shop trust. Here are a couple of questions I'm running into:

1)  Do I need to send in a certificate of completion form with my form 4?
2) Do I need to fill out the inventory on my trust?
3)  Is all I need to send in the following: 2 Form 4s filled out and notorized trust?

I was trying to figure out if I was supposed to sign the bottom of  page 2.  I went ahead and signed it my name / trustee.
4) Is this okay that I signed this?
5) silencer shop does not need this signature do they?

Thanks for any help!

Update: so I'm looking at my silencershop form 4s in email.
Since they are electronic they do not show a signature from a local dealer.
6) Is this signature from the local dealer required since it is electronic?

1. Assuming you mean Certification of Compliance, the answer is "no". They're not required for entities, and the questions are now on the current F4...and if you'll actually read the instructions on the form you'll see you're supposed to skip them.  If you instead asking something about the trust itself, SS will have to answer that.
2. Dunno how their trust is set up.
3. I'd make sure to include a payment...and make sure to just send a copy of the trust where the notary info is visible (every once in awhile somebody sends the original trust docs)
4. If the applicant is an entity, and the item is a suppressor, the entire 2nd page can be blank...but signing it won't hurt. It'll just show you didn't read the instructions.
5. No.
6. Somebody from SS should've signed them on behalf of the local dealer. That's how their SSPB network functions.

^ correct.
For 2 you do not have to add inventory to the trust till you receive the silencer. The trust is already funded.
For 6 we sign the doc when we send it in. The proof that you got is just for you to look over. We still have to print it off and sign it. No form 4's go in electronic.

I had a note on there about maybe y'all sent a copy of the F4 before you actually signed it, but deleted it before I posted. I wasn't sure if he was saying nobody had signed it, or just that the local dealer hadn't signed it.
