Are phone orders and internet orders tracked differently?
Just wondering because my latest phone order does not show up on the website when I log in to my account. The item and order number shows up under the "my transfers" link but not under the "my orders" link where I can view and print a detailed invoice. Not a big deal as I have the emailed reciept........just wondering why it wouldn't show up there? Thanks much! |
