We have changed the look of our site and added several new features.

  • Added a search box in the upper right-hand corner.


  • Social media links and YouTube added to the top of the site.


  • Related products are now displayed at the bottom of each product.


  • Wishlist function.


  • More control over preferences and NFA registration information.


  • Ability to see all orders placed with us and review previous orders.


  • The ability to compare products side by side using the compare button.


  • FFL's now have a dealer login portal.


  • Ability to sign up for newsletters without a login.



Be sure to clear you cache before visiting our site since some of the previous pages could be saved on your computer or mobile device. Also if you have any bookmarks or links that are not working please post them so we can get them corrected ASAP.

Is there a difference between the mobile site and desktop?  I just noticed there wasn't a feature to have desktop view.

The new site looks good and is easy to navigate. Like others posted I didn't see my order but that was explained above so no issues.

There is a mobile site and a desktop site. The desktop on a mobile would be a little crowded I think. I'll add it to the list to have a link for the desktop site though.

What happened to the price on the new Griffin M4SD?











Pre-website change price - $585.00







Post-website change price - $675.00







This is a supposed to be a budget can, with one of the budget items being no mount included.  Now, with buying a Griffin mount, you're at basically the same price as the M4SD-II (mount included), which has supposedly superior construction and dB reduction.

That happens when someone uses their email as their nickname on the site. We will try to catch it but it might be better if you change your name.

I've had one other minor issue happen on 3 different computers now. After I log in, the page turns 100% white and nothing loads. If I then hit back or direct myself to the main page it will load the new location with my account logged in.

This was attempted after restarts, deleting temp files/cookies, and as I had said, on 3 computers. (2 Laptops and 1 Desktop PC) 1 Laptop ran with Chrome, the others I attempted MSIE, Chrome, and Firefox.

Anyone else have this happen?

Yes, same thing using chrome.  It takes a refresh to get logged in.

It's just with Chrome for me.

 





No issue with Explorer or Firefox

I had a couple of minor issues with password reset.

!) I tried to send the password reset email through the link on the website
It takes a while to get it...like over 12 hours

2) When I tried to reset my password with the link...I get an error that says "Last name field cannot be blank.  Your password reset link has expired."
On the page that I am redirected to, there is no field for the last name that I can see.

Using latest Chrome browser and Safari browser on Mac OS X Yosemite.

I just re-registered under a new email...

Tried to log in.  Just get a blank screen.  Using iPad.   Don't know the issue.  Do I need to create a new acct?
Edit:  reset password twice.  Now it says invalid I'd or password.  This can't be as I know the email is right and I've set password twice.  Anyway to fix?  Help?
