I am going to  purchase the premade fill it out yourself trust off of the Silencershop website.   but i have a few quick question.
I plan on adding my wife and a friend to the trust. What all of their info do I need? Name, DOB, SS#?
When I print it off to get take it to sign and notorized,  do we all have to be there or just myself?

That depends on your state. Every state has different laws regarding trusts. For instance, you may want to add property to the trust due to the fact that many states do not consider a trust to be valid unless it owns something. If it is not a valid trust, in your state, then it should not be approved by the ATF (I say "should" because the guy reviewing it may not know your states laws).

They ask what state your from, I believe. So hopefully each trust is state specific.

I decided to create my own (without a template) so that it fit my needs exactly.

My cousin paid for a trust and it was 130 or so pages long. Problem was that some of the language contained within the trust contradicted other language written into.the trust. It was apparently written by someone who was probably a good lawyer but not very good at understanding simple rhetoric. I ended up re-writing most of his trust and he now has 4-5 NFA items.

The original trust would have been approved based on the fact that the individuals looking over them have absolutely no clue what they are looking at half the time.

This is the number one reason I hate the fact that I need to use a trust to buy a NFA item.

Edit:
Noticed some grammar issues. I'm typing on a 5" screen so these things happen.

Edit 2:
The trust my cousin purchased was not from SilencerShop.

For our trust all you need is the name of the trustees and beneficiaries. When you go to sign it you can all sign at different times but all the trustees have to be signed and notarized before you can use it. Our trust is funded so don't worry about that.
